Red Bull Studios Download Competition - The Final 15

So we made it into the final 15 of the Red Bull Studios Download Competition! We spent a day at Red Bull Studios in London recording a live track, being interviewed etc, and the video from our time there is now online!

You can now vote for us to play the Red Bull Studios stage at Download! If we remain in the top 6 until 5pm on Friday 24th May we get a slot at download! The judges will then pick two Wildcards from the remaining bands that didn’t make it! Please take the time to vote for us, you can vote once every 24 hours, and help us play one of the biggest rock/metal festivals in the world!

I really so not understand why there are so many women on my Facebook, Twitter etc. that think they have to be stick thin. The men of the world all have different taste when it comes to women. Without being to stereotypical, porn is mainly watched by men. The women in this films are not catwalk skinny, they come with all the boobs (fake and real) and all of the ass! Front magazine is full of alternative models who are all pretty hot, but they are all different shapes. Most, with epic boobs. FHM is normally hot famous women who have the time to workout all the live long day, in the real world, there are jobs and children and life that get in the way, but the men of the world are not asking you to look like this!

Name me one woman you know that has not commented on how fit an actor is, or a musician. Are you asking your men to look as toned as Ryan Gosling? Don’t get me wrong.. the mans a babe, but the men of the world are not posting pictures online bitching that ‘curvy men need love too’.

Skinny catwalk models are used as coat hangers, to show clothes off, they are also used in fashion magazines. I do not know one straight man that will sit down and have a read through the latest Elle mag. Women read it! You are pressuring yourselves to look like a skeleton. Don’t hate on skinny girls because they wanna be skinny, if they are so skinny they look ill that is their problem, not yours. Being overweight is not healthy either, but again, if that person is happy, it is not your problem. How about.. if you are unhappy with the way you look and would like to lose weight, hit the gym, if you wanna gain weight, hit the cake shop. If you are happy with the way you look but your partner is not, change them for someone who loves the way you look.
